Orders & Shipping
Are Rally Row pieces made to order?
Our graphic tees and crewnecks are made to order. Some accessories, limited releases, and custom-manufactured pieces may have different availability or fulfillment timelines. Check each product description for the details that apply to your order.
When will my order ship?
For made-to-order graphic tees and crewnecks, please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipment. This is the time needed to prepare your order; shipping transit time is additional. Specialty items and preorders may have different timelines, which will be noted on their product pages.
How much is shipping?
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $8, with free standard shipping on orders of $199 or more. Available options and final costs are shown at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you are nearby, choose Local Pickup (free) at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll coordinate the pickup time and share the pickup location privately. Returns & Order Issues
Can I return or exchange a made-to-order item?
Because made-to-order pieces are prepared especially for you, sales of these items are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review the product details and size options before ordering. For complete terms, see our Refund Policy.
What if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Email orders@shoprallyrow.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund, as appropriate. If a return is needed, we’ll provide instructions and cover return shipping.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate and the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Products & Sizing
What garments do you use, and what is the quality like?
Quality comes first at Rally Row. We use only high-quality garments, because what you wear should feel just as good as it looks.
For our made-to-order pieces, we choose garments from Comfort Colors, Independent Trading Co., and Lane Seven, with an emphasis on comfort, quality, and a fit you’ll reach for again and again. Our other pieces are custom manufactured for Rally Row, bringing our own designs to life beyond ready-made blanks.
From made-to-order favorites to custom-manufactured styles, the standard stays the same: thoughtfully chosen pieces with quality at the heart of every collection.
How do I choose my size?
Fit can vary between tees, traditional crewnecks, and oversized or custom-made styles. Start with our Size Guide and match the chart to the garment style in your product listing. Custom pieces may have their own sizing. If you have a sizing question, email us before purchasing.
Will the item look exactly like the picture?
Product colors can appear slightly different from screen to screen. Some listings currently use concept mockups rather than finished product photographs; those items are identified in their descriptions.
